Private Camp Registration

1. A confirmation will be emailed once your online application has been submitted.
2. Send a $50 deposit (per person) 30 days prior to your camp.
3. The balance payment is due no later than 1 week before the first day of camp.
4. Cancellation Policy: Must be notified in writing 25 days prior to the camp you are registered, to receive a refund.
5. Please provide a copy of our waiver for each participant at your private camp.
6. Each athlete must submit the SCA Waiver Forms prior to attending camp.
